GenXenon Lifetime Limited Warranty

GenXenon stands behind the quality of our products. Unless otherwise stated, GenXenon products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.

If a product is determined to have a covered defect, GenXenon may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by factors other than defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Water, moisture, condensation, flooding, or liquid damage, including damage resulting from improper sealing or installation.
  • Improper, incorrect, or negligent installation, including incorrect wiring, voltage, polarity, grounding, or connections.
  • Alteration, modification, disassembly, tampering, or unauthorized repair of the product.
  • Accidents, collisions, impact, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or physical damage.
  • Electrical problems originating from the vehicle or other components, including faulty wiring, connectors, fuses, relays, switches, modules, batteries, alternators, or charging systems.
  • Failure caused by incorrect diagnosis of a vehicle problem or installation of the product when another vehicle component is responsible for the underlying issue.
  • Use of the product for an application or vehicle for which it was not designed or intended.
  • Normal wear and tear or deterioration.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, corrosion, road salt, extreme temperatures, fire, road debris, or other environmental conditions.
  • Racing, competition, off-road, commercial, or other abnormal use unless the product is specifically designed for such use.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, warnings, installation requirements, or manufacturer recommendations.

Important: Customers should inspect the product before installation and contact GenXenon if the product appears damaged, incorrect, or defective. Do not install, disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair a product if you believe it may be defective without first contacting GenXenon. Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair may void the warranty.

Warranty Claims

Proof of purchase may be required. GenXenon may request photographs, videos, diagnostic information, vehicle information, installation details, or return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

The customer is responsible for ensuring proper product selection, vehicle compatibility, and proper installation.

Warranty coverage applies to the product itself and does not cover installation or removal labor, diagnostic fees, towing, rental vehicles, loss of use, vehicle downtime, lost income, or other incidental or consequential expenses, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Lifetime Warranty Does Not Mean Lifetime of the Vehicle

"Lifetime" means the reasonable service life of the product under normal, intended operating conditions. It does not mean the product is guaranteed to function indefinitely or for the lifetime of the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENXENON'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE COVERED PRODUCT, OR ANOTHER REMEDY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY GENXENON. GENXENON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LABOR COSTS, INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL COSTS, VEHICLE DOWNTIME, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF INCOME, TOWING, RENTAL VEHICLES, OR OTHER EXPENSES ARISING FROM THE PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY GENXENON FOR THE PRODUCT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT AND DURATION PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

GenXenon reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim is covered based on reasonable inspection and evaluation of the product and the circumstances of the failure.
